NEWS ALERT:  The Fall POWER - Perishable Organics Waste to Energy Recycling - fall meeting is officially rescheduled on January 18 at the U.S. Composting Councils Annual Conference in Austin, TX.  The POWER session follows the Wednesday morning plenary session.
