ZWZ Welcomes New Participants!

The Zero Waste Zones welcomes our three newest participants, each who already meet at least Phase I ZWZ Criteria  All three are icons in Atlanta's sustainability community - one is the first foodservice purveyor to join the program.

Welcome Radial Cafe, Parsley's Catering and FreshPoint-Atlanta!

Each of these participants has amazing stories to tell about their pioneering efforts and commitment to sustainability.  Future blog posts will give the snippets of their stories.  Here are some hints:

• Radial Cafe - first Georgia restaurant green certified under the Green Restaurant Association program.
• Parsley's Catering - the hot Georgia sun powers their Kennesaw event facility 
• FreshPoint - one of the first produce companies to send their unsellable produce to a composting facility, instead of the landfill.
